I have a 2br at OKW booked for Dec. 12-14 and Dec. 15-16. I have waitlisted 2br OKW Dec. 14-15. The cash room wasn't available when I called Member Services, but I was able to book it on the WDW site. If my waitlist doesn't come through, will I have to move rooms? I also have AKV booked for Dec. 14-15, so if I am having to move anyway, I supposed I'd rather save the cash and use my points. Any advice?

The inventory MS can book and the cash room inventory are separate.

Potentially, but if you talk to the desk when checking in for stay 1, OKW is very accommodating and would rather not move you. Means they don't have to turn over rooms for you twice.

You might try to add "Continuing Reservation" and the reservations with the previous or next reservation number on it. So on your first OKW DVC reservation add "continuing reservation DRC #XXXXX". And on the DRC reservation add "Continuing reservation DVC #YYYYY". That might help. When you check in, ask if you are blocked in to the same villa for the entire stay. Make sure your lead name is identical on the reservations. But if you are waiting on the waitlist to fill, don't add that note until after you are done waiting. If it comes through, they should combine all three into one.
