Points Calculator problems?

Anyone else having problems with the points calculator. I calculated a vacation for 2006 at 148 points. I was told the 2005 rates are the same for 2006, but got told by a rep that it's actually 166 points for this particular resort? I paid 166 points for BCV's last year and thought VWL would be cheaper at 148, but come to find out it's 166 as well???
