Point Transfer question

I have 2 questions on the subject.

Does it matter what use year the points are that are being transfered? I need a bunch of points for 3/08. If I cant get them all in one clip and my use year is Sept, can I transfer half in august and half in october for my March trip?

Also, I am closing on some VWL points that I got resale. If the previous owner did any transfering, does that stay with the points, or does the sale clean the transfer slate?

Transfered points keep their UY and resort.

You can only transfer once per your UY.

Any extra points would be listed in your sales contract.
