Point Renting

Renting points seems to be a great way to save money at WDW,
but is the renter subject to the owners use year or is there flexability when one can stay at a DVC property.
Subject to Availability of course.

The points always retain their original use year and once transferred, cannoy be banked or transferred again.

The other member can also make a reservation your name as an option, but then you won't the same flexibility.

OK THANKS , kinda thought that how it worked, it wasnt very clear in the FAQ, and over on the R/T board it just seemd like people were throwing points around like they were trading pins or something.
