Point cost?

Hi all,
We're thinking of adding on BCV or waitlisting BWV. What is the current cost per point? Is there a minimum number of points for an add-on? Also, I have a resale question, assuming that you paid cash for an add-on at what dollar figure does it make sense to buy a resale over buying disney direct?

Current point cost is $80. 25 points is the minimum for add on. The resale purchase price depends on closing costs, number of points you purchase, and the resort you want (Some have higher maintenance fees).
