POFQ what building??

What building would you request...?

Are any building better then the others? I know it is a small resort.

I read review on allearsnet.com from somebody who just came back from Florida who said that Building #5 was a perfect location.
I've stayed there at least twice & you really can't go wrong with any of the buildings (the reason why I like POFQ so much)

Ihavent stayed there yet but most seem to prefer Building 5.

I would probably go with building 5 or building 7. Building 5 is closest to the pool and is non-smoking. Building 7 is closest to the pathway to POR, if you plan on using the facilities there as well.

We stayed in building 5 and it was great. At that time it was nonsmoking. It was close to everything. POFQ is a wonderful resort.

I've requested building 4 due to its proximity to the bus stop and main building. I don't mind walking a little longer to get to the pool, but after a long day at the parks, I want the trip from bus to room to be as short as possible.

I just got back and stayed in Building #4. It was closest to food court, bus stop, and parking. I had room 4119 which was a corner room with 2 windows and a king bed.

We stayed in Building 2 last year. Very convenient to pool, food. I think most of the buildings are convenient.

Wow! Just goes to show how different everyone is...............we always request a blg farthest from the foodcourt/pool! This year we have asked for 7 or 1. Last time we were there, we stayed in blg 1.

This works for us! We like the quietness of being away from the main things.........apparently most people want to be next to them. We all get what we want!

We've stayed in building 5 & 2. I like 2 better. Top floor, both buildings.

Ive never been...yet, but I have requested 2, but have read things that make me think thats a smoking building, how can a whole building be smoking? We also are paying more to get a king, and have a waterview requested.

A friendly CM suggested bldg 2 to me.

Now Im wondering if I should call back and take the building # off the ressie, King bed, river view are most important, that and I dont want to be too far from the bus stop, but how do you request that?

But I also figured we can talk to the CM when we check in and get what we want, or close enough...

We always request Bldg. 2. We use the boat to DTD at night and it is closer to the boat launch. It is across from the pool and the playground is just in front of Bldg. 2. Also, the game room is closer to Bldg. 2 than Bldg. 5. There seems to be more activity around Bldg. 5. I think Bldg. 2 is a little quieter and has always been my favorite.
