What would be the best way to get from POFQ to Riviera?

The best way would be a taxi or ride share service.

If using Disney transportation - bus to MK then bus to Riviera
or

bus to HS then Skyliner to Riviera

Boat to Springs then bus to Riviera, if you’re using Disney transportation.
If not, taxi, Uber, or Lyft.

This would be our choice, but mostly because we love riding the Skyliner. You'll be waiting for a bus somewhere no matter what.

Time of day will play big on which way to go to get between the two if wanting to use Disney transportation. If you are planning for before DS is really opened up for the day, you will want to go via a park, but if no time constraints/later in morning or day, then you might want to go via DS. DS is very close Riviera.
