POFQ to Grand Floridian

How do you get from POFQ to GF? I'm staying at POFQ but would like to eat at 1900 at GF on our arrival day, so we'd be going hotel to hotel, not resort to hotel.

If you're talking via Disney Transport ...

DEFINITELY MK bus from POFQ. From there, you have your choice of monorail to GF, or boat to GF. I've never taken that boat so I can't tell you how long that will take, but I can tell you the monorail will be a long ride. From MK, it'll stop at Contemporary, TTC, Polynesian, and finally GF before returning to MK.

Just want to add that it's never a good idea to try to get from one Disney resort to another via Disney transportation.......all WDW hotels are called resorts.
It's best to plan on the nearest theme park for that part of the day. This will save you a lot of time.
If I remember correctly the GF has a direct boat from the MK boat dock which is directly across from the park entrance. It's a very short boat ride.

We ate at 1900 park Fare our first night. We arrived at 3 and dinner was at 6:30. So we took the POFQ bus to MK, walked around there, took the monorail to GF at 6 for our dinner. We did the reverse coming back. Just give yourself enough time. You dont actually go into MK to board the rail so you wouldnt have to use a park ticket.
