We are planning on spending our last night having dinner at the Dolphin and will be using disney transportation. Is there an easy way to get from POFQ to the Dolphin and back? How long will it take?

Thanks

You could do this different ways;
1. Taxi
2. You could hop a bus from a park to the Dolphin.
3. Take a boat to Downtown Disney and hop a bus to Dolphin.
4. If you have park hoppers, take a bus to Epcot and exit through the World Showcase to walk or take a boat over to the Dolphin.
I'm sure other people will have plenty of other options. You'll just have to choose which one works best for you! Have a great trip!:thumbsup2

You can also take the bus to MGM and ride the boat from there to the Dolphin. It doesn't require using a park ticket and the Dolphin is the first stop for the boat going in that direction. (You can also walk from MGM to the Dolphin instead of taking the boat.)

I guess it depends on how much time you have on your hands. If time is of the essence, then get a cab. If you have plenty of time, then head to MGM and either walk or take the boat to the Dolphin. As far as getting back to POFQ, you could do one of several things, again depending on time. Walk or boat back to MGM. Take a cab. Or, if you have time and want something a bit different...take the bus to DTD from the Dolphin and then the boat back to POFQ...very romantic. And, you can pick up some last minute stuff while at DTD!

Thanks for the info! Its nice to know we have some options. We will have 2 very sleepy (or very wound up!) kids to deal with so walking may not be the best option! But the boat ride from DTD sounds great. At 4 & 6 my kids think that is a ride.

Except for the taxi option, you should give yourself AT LEAST 1 hour to make the whole trip. If you have to wait for a bus (particularly involving DTD) it may take longer. The taxi is the fastest, and they are readily available at Dolphin (not sure about POFQ, but the front desk can call one for you). I would do the MGM route, but the boat is sometimes a little slow (certainly moreso than walking) so I would still allow an hour.
