POFQ tips and comments anyone??

Hi all!

I have scheduled a "quickie" trip for myself and DH at POFQ- we have never been there so I was wondering if someone could kinda give me the heads up??

I was wondering where the best location (building number) in regards to the food court and bus station.

Any personal recommendations or comments would be great!!

We just returned on 10/24, and stayed in Building One which was the most distance from bus transportation, resturant, and the pool. It was close to the boat transportation. It was also very quiet.

If you want to be closest to most everything you should request either building 4 or 5. I forgot to do it, but one suggestion I read said to request a corner room at POFQ so that you will have more windows.

The result is small on the Disney scale so the walking distance to everything was at most 10 minutes.

Be sure to make time to take the boat ride to Downtown Disney. We also like the walking/jogging path along the water to Port Orleans Riverside.

We love this resort - hope you enjoy it as well. We stayed in building 4 and thought it was a great location.
