pofq s/p/d

Waiting for thursday morning to come and was just curious has anyone been able to get a discount for pofq? I see people saying that because its a smaller resort that they don't discount as often.

That's what we're hoping for too... from the looks of it, it seems like a lot of people are saying it wasn't included, or that the discount wasn't nearly as much. If that's true, POR will be our 2nd choice, followed by CBR. We may also consider POP Century if the price is tons less. Just have to wait and see but I am very impatient!

It's RO, not S/P/D. We were booked at POFQ but saved $500 by swiching o an upgraded room at POR. I'm going to miss POFQ though.

I tried to get a POFQ quote for 2/16-2/24 today and there were none available for s/p/d also no standard rooms at POR. CS was $214 more than POP for that time frame w/ 2 kids and 2 adults with the regular meal plan and 9 day base park tickets. I did not get a RO quote because I knew it would be less than the $520 we saved at POP w/ s/p/d.

hmm I might go that route as well if its that much of a savings, how did you go about switching over if you don't mind me asking. I'm about 75% paid for on my package so would they refund that then book an entirely new package or simply shift what i've already paid to a new reservation

Earlier his afternoon they had King rooms only available at POFQ for S/P/D. I called them about 1:30 my time and that's what I was told by the CM.

Just called and asked what they had available for the S/P/D package. I had called the evening before and the CM basically told me that there were NO resorts available for the package for my dates except for AOA. When I called yesterday afternoon it was a completely different story. Plenty of rooms at POR of all levels (garden view & higher, of course). So she just switched it for me.

If you don't like the first answer you get, call again. I was really bummed after my first call since all I could get was the 15% off POFQ (though admittedly it's much better than nothing!).

Three CMs told me POFQ only ever had SPD king rooms, regular rooms never had the discount.

I did get S/p/d at French Quarter. It was only available on River View rooms. I got it on Monday morning. Not sure if anything will remain open today.

Update: looks like all the FQ rooms are gone for s/p/d. I did see room only discounts available, though.
