POFQ pool refurb - will it be open FOR SURE by when they say?

I'd like to stay at POFQ for our spring break trip (arrival 3/19) but I'd like to know for sure how likely it would be for the pool refurb not to be done. I think it is supposed to open on 3/16 - do these refurbs often take longer than they say or should I not worry?
