We had a wonderful time at the POFQ and loved the resort. It was laid back and found the New Orleans atmosphere very relaxing. It was fun without being overdone.
The food court was adequate and there were toasters and microwaves for guest use. We fixed Pop Tarts every morning.
The pool was nice and spacious; the children seemed to really enjoy the water slide.
The only issues we had were with the staff and getting bad information on shuttle times and services. Also, on cashing in some vouchers that we had received. One of the guest service people referred us back to the gift shop without ever hearing our question.
Also, the river boat was a lovely ride to Downtown Disney, but the times given us were wrong and there was a real back log getting back from Downtown.
