POFQ courtyard question

I came across a beautiful (not sure if you call it a fountain) water pool that was like a reflecting pool I guess and it had water sprinkling into it from the sides. It was long and rectangular. Just wondering if anyone knew which buildings might have a view of this. I was also wondering if a courtyard view with a fountain considered water view at this resort? I know at CSR they charge water view prices in the Casitas overlooking the fountains and was hoping that was not the case at POFQ. Are there different prices for views here, or just standard vs. water?

We were in building 4 last dec and we had this view. I don't know if this was considered a waterview as we had paid extra for a king bed.

We stayed at the POFQ in '04 and we overlooked a fountain from building 2, which overlooks the pool from the other side. I don't think we paid extra for it.
