Are they the same as those served at Cafe Orleans in Disneyland? Mickey shaped served with vanilla sauce?

I had them last year and they were a rectangle shape with powder sugar on them. They were good, but not great like I expected them to be.

Same here, I was so excited, we love funnel cakes so we were so sure these would be way better. I really didn't like them, I didn't realize that they were hollow inside.

Thanks for your quick replies. If in Disneyland, you must still try them at Cafe Orleans. They are not hollow, nor greasy. I love them with the vanilla sauce. We also request some lemon wedges which we squeeze over them. SO YUMMY! Enough so that sometimes we make a Priority Seating (DL's version of ADR) for just beneigts.

1FunMom---I've had the beignets at Ralph Brennan's Jazz Kitchen at Disneyland's Downtown Disney. They sound similar to POFQs. Have you had the ones there at Jazz Kitchen?
