POFQ + APs or AKL and 7 day PH

We currently have AKL pool for Aug. 13-19 and 7 day PH. After crunching numbers we find that we can do POFQ with 1 day base, still get free dining, and upgrade to APs.

We do not have another trip planned but would surely try to make one work. Problem: We stayed at AKL last summer and fell in love with the resort. We had always stayed value before and wonder if we will be disappointed in POFQ. We've read lots of positive reviews.

I've stayed at and love both. I would be very happy to stay at POFQ any time. Saving enough by staying there to buy an AP would be icing on the cake. Part of what keeps WDW fresh for us is trying out new resorts.
Oh! Just think how much you could save on your next stay at AKL with an AP discount!
