Leaving after lunch for our first DIS meet. I'm so excited.

Been a brutal wk so haven't been on the boards to catch up but hope Earl is kind to everyone! Indy meet Dis'ers - safe travels and have a fab time!

Busy weekend coming up as we head to a wedding, and eat our way thru the Buffalo Wing Fest. Have a fab long weekend (most folks - Becx, you had yours last wk! )!!

It is the wine sauce from the Jiko Oak-grilled Filet with Mac and Cheese and Red Wine Sauce. Yummmmmm!!! On the advice of another Foodie( ) , I ordered an extra bowl of it with my filet and mopped up all of it with either the filet or bread. I really could have bathed in it.

and Aaron, be careful when you're taking pictures in the World Showcase because you could get pantsed WHILE the TF is watching. The TF is everywhere!!!!

I can understand that I love the idea of mac and cheese being part of a meal rather than on it's own - I had it with a pork dish at Artists Palette at the WL - yummy

Well I've had a horrible last two weeks (car broken into, raccoons in the attick, back problems and dog issues!) Need some good vibes...happy news...so obviously came to the DIS!
