For those of us who grew up with Sesame Street (im my case, I watched with my much younger sister!), I am sure you will enjoy watching one of these videos.

Sesame Street. 40 years of sunny days

Sesame Street. Old school. Volume1, 1969-1974

You may be able to borrow them from your local library. That is what I did. We couldn't help singing along and reciting the dialog with the muppets.

This has been the longest weekend of my life.

Long story short, went for my annual doctor visit on Thursday and she felt a lump in my breast. I had to wait until today for the appointment because I didn't have anyone to watch the kids until today as Chris was home for the holiday.

Got the all clear and can stop being a nervous nellie. Whew!

Glad all is ok! :goodvibes

Jen, I'm really glad everything ended up okay!

Hmm...if Hershey works we could have a Convoy starting from Ontario and picking up Karen as we cross the border...:thumbsup2

Sounds like an idea!

Better than close by...they're at Hershey and run by them!!

Thanks karen! :thumbsup2

We  camping but setting up a site for 2 nites is a hassle...must be getting old! :rotfl: :rotfl:

Your not old! I just don't think we have the energy needed to do this.

333 days, hope it goes by fast!

It will we are almost into the 200's!:banana:

Some of us also went out after the Saturday Meet and then we also met for brunch on Sunday morning. If there is enough of us traveling from out of town, we may want to look into group rates at one of the hotels in the area.

Sounds like a good idea Tracey! :thumbsup2

It's good to hear that it was nothing to worry about! :)

Hey there, happy hump day :cool1: :cool1: :cool1:

We avoided snow, it was forecast to happen over night near us but it looks like it's not got here yet or missed us  it's actually been pretty warm in comparison, I can live with this :goodvibes

Good Morning Everyone!!! Happy Wednesday!!

We are getting rain today.

Solved our printer issues yesterday, time will tell if the fix is permanent or just an adjustment - always subjective when dealing with color.

I have a couple of jobs to prepare for printing and then some paper work to do for the boss. Hopefully, I won't get slammed unexpectedly today.

Happy chat nite folks! :wave2:

it cost's so much to see a movie these days, then you have the cost of gas to get there, food, extra for 3D :faint:

ITA, $6 for a small popcorn! Sometimes they have cheapie popcorn nite - $1 :thumbsup2 popcorn::

We've got snow!

Schools are closed, but the library is OPEN!

We've got ice. It has stopped for now, but I'm wondering if it will start again. I was going to go to the grocery store, but decided to see if I can't someone who will deliver.

Oh, my! Do grocery stores really deliver?!
Well, I know the Garden Grocer delivers to WDW, but at home, too?

Do doctors make house calls?

If the ice is bad, I vote for staying in! Eat whatever is in the freezer.

So does it get busy in the library or do people stay home?

Good plan, our grocery delivery companies can be a bit hit and miss with snowy weather - you tend to have to wait until the day to find out for sure if they will deliver :sad2:

Probably swept from between shows. YUM!

Ewwww :crazy2:

In the UK we have 4 or 5 supermarkets that deliver food and other items. Some are better than others and delivery charges vary, we only tend to get a delivery if we get a good offer - free delivery, 20% off, save £5 if you spend £50 etc. It's very convenient esp. coming back from vacation when I can't face leaving the house let alone doing grocery shopping (the jet lag) One of them even has an iPhone app for ordering and editing your order :thumbsup2

Happy Thursday everyone - it's almost the end of January, the evenings are getting a lighter a little bit earlier everyday and it will soon be spring and we may even see the sunshine too :goodvibes :rotfl:

Have a good one :thumbsup2

Morning All! Happy Thursday! We're finally starting to warm up here a little, to a whopping 40 degrees. :lmao: Never in my life have I thought of 40 as warm! Anyway, I'm glad this week is almost over, can't wait for the weekend.
