Hi everyone,

We're going to be recording a segment tomorrow celebrating the 6th anniversary of the show. We'd like to hear from some of you about your favorite moments or best memories from the show over the last 6 years.

We will open the phone lines at or about 3:15PM (eastern). If you have called in on previous shows, we ask that you please let others have a chance this time :) We have a very limited amount of time to take calls and we get complaints that it seems to be the same people calling in over and over again (not that we don't love hearing from you!!).

The phone number to call is 877-845-0054 and like I said, the lines will open up at 3:15PM tomorrow!

Look forward to chatting!

Pete

I've been listening for a little over 4 years now and I have to say it has been a great way to get my Disney fix while getting a good chuckle...Pete your rants are the best!!! And nothing beats John and Kevin's dining reviews!!!! :thumbsup2

I think that the call in segments are entertaining no matter who calls in, it's good to hear other people's experiences and perspectives about both the Dis and the Podcast..If I can sneak away from my desk at that time I will try calling in :goodvibes

I'll restrain my self from calling, but I do want to say congratulations on 6 great years!!!

I will be packing for ABD, so I will be a good girl and not call.

Kim

I don't suppose you would give out a Skype address to use for this? My skype microphone is much better than my hands free microphone.

I'm home today, I don't even have to fake a conference call but, ok I'll let someone else get through... :goodvibes

Looking forward to hearing new DISers and maybe even a few lurkers on the call-in show!

You can call the 1800 number from Skype and use your fancy Mic. Now, it will only be at 8khz and tied into a G711 Conference bridge with Gated Audio. So using a direct Skype connection will gain you you no additional audio quality, except for the removal of some high pass and low pass filters of the traditional PSTN. :badpc:

I was being less than informative. My alternative is to use my iPhone on AT&T with a Bose MIE2i earbud/microphone. :surfweb:

I'll be working and won't be able to call in, but I'd also like to send my congratulations on 6 wonderful podcast years!

You always bring light to my days whenever I hit "play" and I hear Pete's voice starting the show. Where would life be without "spooktacular" or "tute-is" or the "sad little crab cake" or the "autopsy" from Shutters? Without the podcast, how would we know that cement might contain peanuts? :rotfl2:

You've made us laugh until our stomachs hurt, you've made us cry (and we've shared tears), and you've brought us so much great information and entertainment and JOY. Even before I met anyone on the Team, I felt I already had you as friends.

Thank you!

I got through too! So glad I got the opportunity to share my favorite moment with the team! Thanks!

I got though as well. It was a bit difficult to hear everyone's voices. I hope it came out well. :goodvibes

I was waiting on the line, but we lost power so my landline calls were dropped. I heard some while waiting in the dark hallway before I lost my cell phone reception.

I heard some of Michael's call and a couple of others.

Happy 6th anniversary!

I called in and waited on hold for a while but got disconnected when my cell dropped out -- my Amtrak conductor just insisted on going through that tunnel!

But it was a lot of fun listening to the show as it was happening...including a slightly naughty comment from Pete that probably won't make it into the podcast ;) And I definitely remember hearing Denice's call -- you were great, really!

Happy anniversary to the team, thanks for 6 amazing years!
