Pocket Calendar Design

I would like to do pocket calendars for our FE gifts on our Disney cruise in February. The ones that look kind of like a checkbook but actually have a year or two's worth of monthly calendars in them???

Has anyone done any designs for the pocket calendars? Would someone be interested in working on one??

We will be doing the Western Caribbean Feb 5-12, 2011. If it helps at all we are also cruising for the Superbowl!!!!
