Pocahontas and Character Merchandise at Disney World

So I'm going to Disney World for the first time from January 9th to January 18th. My all time favorite Disney Princess and Disney film is Pocahontas. I was wondering if anyone knew if they sell Pocahontas Merchandise at Disney World, if yes, which shop, what theme park, etc? This will probably be my only time visiting Disney World so I want to make the most of it. Also, is there anything else relate to Pocahontas at Disney World? I know she had a show until 2008 but has been closed.

And if possible is there any shops, merchandise, attractions or anything else related to the following Disney films?

Beauty and the Beast (Probably a lot)
Aladdin
The Hunchback of Notre Dame
Hercules
Mulan
Tarzan
Lilo & Stitch
Tangled

Do you think they will be selling Disney Animators' Collection Dolls at Disney World in January? Or should I buy one now from the Disney Store site?

I believe I have seen the most Pocohontas things at AK.
Belle has a show at DHS and I have seen Belle/Beast in the World Showcase (France) at Epcot making pictures many times also Jasmine/Aladdin (Morroco?).
I think alot of people do the Ohana breakfast with Lilo/Stitch at the Polynesian Resort.
I really can't say about the others though.

I don't know if you'd be interested in meeting the characters, but the following are usually available within the parks:

Pocahontas--Animal Kingdom (I think back in Rafiki's Planet Watch?)
Belle and Beast--France in Epcot
Aladdin and Jasmine--Morocco in Epcot
Mulan--China in Epcot
Stitch--Front Entrance at Epcot
Rapunzel--Fairytale Gardens at Magic Kingdom

Feel free to stand in line in order to grab a photo with them--many adults do!

Pocahontas is also in Camp Mickey Minnie - at some point she's not going to appear in Rafiki's at all but I can't remember when the cut off for that is.

Also in Camp Mickey Minnie near where her show used to be (it's close to an ice cream stand) there's a cart with her merchandise on it.

Jasmine and Aladdin also can be found in Adventureland in MK
