What is the name of the nice restaurant that is inside the beginning of the Pirates of the Caribbean ride and what kind of food do they serve? Thanks!

Otherwise, it serves food with a New Orleans flair...chicken, beef, salads, appetizers, etc. I don't have any other specific threads related to the BB, but if you do a search or check the dining reviews, you'd be able to get more details. It's been quite some time since I've eaten there.
