PNC Bank Arts Center NJ - Seating

Does anyone know if the 400 section seating in PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel is uncovered seating, or is only the lawn section uncovered? I want to buy tickets to concert in that section but was concerned about rain. For some reason when I select those tickets, it says uncovered, but I thought that only the lawn section was exposed. It's been a long time since I've been to a concert there, and can't remember the seating.

It's been a long time since I was there, but I believe only the lawn seats are uncovered...and maybe the last few rows of the regular seats. I think that the 400 section are lawn seats.

The terrace section (400 section seats) are partially uncovered. They are the last set of actual seats before the lawn. Even if you are in the covered portion of those seats (just the first few rows) you could still get rained on or get a bit too much sun if that is your concern since you are literally at the edge of the roof
