We have been to Disney many times but have always stayed onsite with a package. We are thinking of renting a house when we go back and only need to buy tickets through the site. Do you have to pay all at once or is it like booking the package and only paying a $200 deposit?

For tickets purchased separately, you will have to pay in full at the time of purchase.

Also, depending on when you are thinking of going, you may want to check the park availability calendar first. Parks are filling up early.
