Hi teva! I'm so discouraged right now. I have another migraine--my third one in about a week or so. The medication to prevent them just doesn't seem to be helping. I go back to the neurologist soon, but I don't think it's a neurological issue, but a hormonal (perimenopause) one. Don't know what the remedy for that is, besides time. Fun, huh?

Jake is so cute right now. He has all the cushions pulled back from the couch, looking for money. He's more likely to find tissue, though, but I didn't tell him that.

Ah, Tig, that sucks, huh? I have never had a migraine and I hope I never do. (OMG, did I just offend you?) They must be awful. Maybe it does have something to do with hormones. I hope they can figure something out for you.

Jake have any luck yet? He could look under my cushions. I have been known to find a quarter or two under times of desperation.

Tig, I posted this on the Ladies Dis Meet board but I wanted you to see it. This is the conversation I had with Andrew the other night.

Phone rings....
Me: Hello?
A: Mom Mom Dolores?
M: No, Mom Mom Denise.
A: Can I come over your house?
M: Yes you can.
A: Can I come over your house?
M: Yes, Andrew you can come over my house.
A: Can I come over your house?
M: Yes.
A: Can I come over your house?
M: Yes, Andrew, you can come over to my house.
A: Can I come over to your house?
M: YES!
A: Can I come over your house?
M: Where's Mommy?
A: Can I come over your house?
M: Yes..Andrew put Mommy on the phone.
A: Can I come over your house?
M: (crying) Yes, Andrew, you can.
and on and on and on....

If I don't get a migraine after that phone call, I never will.

Jake didn't find any $, but he's looking everywhere else in the house. He found 2 quarters and a nickel on the counter and asked if he could have it, but I made him first tell me what coins they were, how much each were worth, and what the total amount was before I'd let him have the money. Then he found more money on another counter, but I took that. The little theif will take my money and try to keep it--been there, done that. He knows that if he tells people that I'm having the 6th snniversary of my 39th birthday that I'll give him a quarter. When he saw my sister last time she paid him a dollar to lie about her age. He has it made!

My headache finally went away. I'm sleepy now and I need to make dinner, but that beats having a headache. Don't know why this one didn't want to respond to the meds since I didn't wait too long to take them.

Hi Guys!! here i am on a saturday!! I'm at my brother in laws house in Connecticut - the wedding was nice last night but today my feet hurt and I am SO tired!! It was just snowing/sleeting here. Tomorrow we are going to see Sweeney Todd on Broadway.

Hey all, just stopping by to see what's up. Had a nice lazy weekend, the next couple are going to be busy so I decided to do absolutely nothing. Should have gone into work today to get caught up on some stuff, just didn't have the energy. This week is going to be busy as well, it's Spring Break here and I have to be at work at 7:00 and hope to take off early some days so I can take my friends kids and maybe my neice on some adventures. I have tickets again to go see the baby Panda Friday and we may go to the museum out at Dullas airport too.
