shes 15 almost 16......I cant afford her wants and wishes ...well not all of them.

I hear you there. There's no way I could afford a teenager AND myself.:rotfl: Wait! That is going to happen!:scared1:

I only have one pair of Jessica Simpson shoes. Which pair does she like?

Stupid laptop mouse isn't working, so I'm gonna go.

4's I would shovel it for you. Of course, that would mean being somewhere that it snowed, which ain't gonna happen!

Good Morning! 4 more days of work till holiday break! Next week at this time we'll be driving to California.

morning.

I ended up in so much pain that DH had to help me to bed last night. I was able to sleep okay and I so far I am doing okay this morning. He is going to take me shOOOOping this afternoon so I hope that I stay feeling okay.

Morning all! Tummy hurts this morning! Ick! Going to be nice and sunny and in the 60s here, so at least the weather is nice for a change. The calm before the storm I guess though.

Apparently, when I'm drunk I think spraying fake snow on the tree is a good idea.

UH oh. It's amazing the things that seem like good ideas when one is drunk. :lmao:

Good morning and Happy Friday!

Good Morning!

My kids broke my Christmas tree. It wasn't intentional... there was a cord wrapped around the base leg (it's a fake tree), and the cord got caught in their play shopping cart. They kept pushing it, which tightened the cord, which broke the plastic. My tree fell over.

I cried. I picked up broken glass balls. I cried some more. I got out the boxes to take it all down.

"But wait," my husband said. "Let me see if I can fix it."

"It's hooooopelessss. I'm taking it downnnnn."

"Give me one minute. I'll see if I can rescue it."

I had to leave the room. I couldn't stand the thought of Christmas without a tree (so I was being overdramatic, I'm a girl and I'm allowed), and I couldn't watch him fail at his mission.

Approximately one minute later, he followed me into the bedroom.

"It's fixed."

Huh? By means known only to those with rocketing testosterone levels, my husband fixed the Christmas tree........ with a zip tie. He saved Christmas with a zip tie. My hero.

I think that's how I ended up with 4 kids. ;)

:lmao: I KNOW it's how I got 2!!

Awwwwwwwwwww. That sounds like what happens in my house. Except I learned a few years ago not to give up hope so early. I just immediatly start crying and give the Batsignal that is well known in our house "FIXSSSS IIIIIIIT" (whiney voice, lots of tears) .

Zip ties and duct tape are two of the greatest inventions of mankind. I swear my husband can fix just about anything with those. They may piss us off a lot but they sure can be usefull sometimes for more than just killing spider.
