So how do I get a seat on AirTran? Do I have to do something before or do I just show up?

You Airtran people need to check in online 24 hours prior to your flights, to select your seats. Since you are all mostly traveling allone or with just one other adult, it isn't as urgent, but if you can, do it.

So around 9AM on Wednesday I can check in and print my boarding pass. What do I then do when I get to the airport?

I think my return flight is around 5 something pm. I know I get in around 8:30because it was a better time for my DH.

Yes, around 9am on Wednesday, do your check in and print the boarding passes. You don't have to print the pass actually, you could just do it when you get to the airport. Your place in line will remain the same either way. Just make sure you check in as soon as you can!

When you get to the airport, curb check your bag if you can, then you just go straight to the gate. No need to stand in any lines to check in. If your airport doesn't have curb side check in, you will have to stand in the regular line inside to check the bags though.

Hey MM, you just reminded me.Will we do the same thing with Teresa? I'm checking the 3 of us in on Thursday and we will go to POP together....but her flight home is 3 hours before ours. I've never done ME, and I figured it's gotta work somehow, and as long as we get there, we would figure a way back to the airport later.

She already has ME, it is your mother that doesn't yet. I will switch her and I once I check you in.

Morning all....terrible night's sleep again.

First the boy woke up to go to the bathroom

Then the phone rang...middle of the night phone ringing is never fun....wrong number. First time the person hung up...two minutes later, just long enough for me to drift back to sleep, they called back. Then the boy woke up to yell "I love you mommy" for a while, then the girl came in speaking in whiny five year old, which I couldn't translate, but DH translated as you whoo ha hurt...turned out she had to pee. Took me a while to get back to sleep after that one and then the alarm went off this morning. UGH!

Anyway, morning...we're leaving "good" out of it today.

OK, panic mode setting in. So much to do so little time. I did manage to fing some shorts that fit, almost. I do have most of the stuff out and ready to pack. So today I'll do some cleaning and gathering up of stuff, along with making list after list after list.
Tonight I give the xanax a whirl so I better get evrything done first.
