Auntie Im don't be silly, I need a smile!

Yes shes renting a car :thumbsup2

Angel, I'm so sorry about shadow.

Well my Drs. appointment sucked. Not only did I have to drink that crappy stuff I had to have an IV too. They didn't tell me that. I should hear in a couple of days. Hopefully they will see something right and contact my Doctor right away.
I hope something shows!!!!!

Will someone please stop making my house sway back and forth? I'm feeling like I'm still on the ship! I keep grabbing for my mug of mocha, thinking it's going to fall off the computer desk!
So, who is going to give me a brief synopsis of what has been going on here the last week and a half. I'm not reading back!
4's, what is going on with you that you had to have icky tests today?

ok - these are the shoes I will totter around my apartment in while you all are having your meet! I do it in honor of all you wonderful ladies - I am willing to suffer for my friends! I might even force down some wine in your honor! :yay:

Caro- for the last few years (yes, few) I've had this pain in my side. Sometimes its mild sometimes its a killer! It very much resembles a gallbladder problem but they can't fnd any stones. I had a CT scan, HIDA scan, MRI, Enodscopy, Colonoscopy, 2 ultrasounds and a small bowel follow through in the last few years. All tests showed nothing! The next step was exploratory surgery. So I decided to just deal with it and go to the ER when I had a bad attack Well, when I have them I don't have time to bother with the ER so I don't go.
Things are getting worse again and since my last HIDA and CT was 2 years ago they decided to repeat the tests. Just the CT scan today so I'm hoping they find something. I did tell the Dr. I will opt for the exploratory surgery this time if the tests show nothing.
The whole thing is really weird, but not uncommon with some funky gallbladders. They did say it could be a spastic gallbladder duct. Spastic....that fits me.

So did I miss the trip report? I can't wait to hear about it. How's the foot?

Noooo, do you really have those shoes? Those are sexy. ;)

I have some strappy red ones that I can wear. I've never actually worn them out of the house, or standing up for that matter :rolleyes1 but I'll wear them in honor of you all.

4's, my aunt had something similar wrong with her. After like 2 years of testing, they discovered she had a hernia. I'm guessing they've probably ruled that out for you, but if not you might want to mention it to your Doctor. Whatever it is, I hope it vanishes like magic and you feel 100% soon. pixiedust:

That sounds alot like me and why I had a hysterectomy almost 2 years ago. My problems only went on for a couple months though, but all the tests and no answers. I hope the scan today gives you some answers.
Here is what Andrew has done for a trip report so far.http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1375733 I'm hoping he will add to it.(or maybe I will!) Make sure you read the Castaway Cay day, so you can hear of my adventure! My foot is doing pretty good. It's swollen and a little sore, but not bad. I haven't had PT on it in a week and a half and we did alot of walking, so I'm not surprised it's a bit puffy.
How was your trip to WDW? Did Anna(?) have a wonderful time?

Caro, I'm glad you had a good time! I read your blog a few days ago. Sounds like it was great!

DH and I are going to try to plan a cruise for our anniversary either next year or the one after. A cruise with NO KIDS.

Are all the meet people gone already?

We rebooked onboard knowing that we are going to go again for our 25th anniversary in May '09(no kids)! I don't know if I can wait that long!

Hi everyone! Just a quickie to say I'm back home in Seattle. Tired, but had a good time. Alana's perscription glasses, sunglasses and my sunglasses are at the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean off of Castaway Cay. I'm hoping some fish are getting good use of them. :lmao: Can someone please make the land stop moving? It feels like I'm still on the ship!
I'll check in tomorrow!

Glad you had a good time. Unfortunately that's gonna happen for a while. Try to be carefull bending over, you might end up on your head. ;)

Some very devious, manipulative, mind altering, whacko, wonderful, over the top, very special people convinced me I may be able to make the meet. I can't promise but I am trying very, very hard to see that It happens.

:thumbsup2

I just got this overwhelmingly sad feeling as I was kissing DH goodbye this morning. I just dissolved into tears, and am still feeling a mess. It felt like I was saying goodbye for good... like he'd never be coming home again. :sad1: WTH is that all about?

Just in case anyone else decides to show their faces here today :rolleyes1 .... here's something to give you a giggle.

:scared1:

So how long will all of you be "gone"? The rest of us need to plan some fun activities to take our minds off missing you! Who will stay here and keep me company (and keep me out of trouble).

Most everyone should be back by Weds. evening.

I picture you all in a circle with your backs together, heads down looking at your laptops :rotfl:

I don't have a laptop so I will just have to sit there and look silly. :rotfl:

Angel,

Ugh I had to go with our director to our attorney's office this morning. ZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz At least he bought me lunch. :thumbsup2 Now I have to finish this contract, but wanted to pop in and say hi!
