I didn't come on at recess, because I had a panic attack. Went to see one of the crisis counselors. Their wisdom? "You have a lot on your plate" "Take it one day at a time"..............yeah. Ok. That was helpful.

well my normal dr. is pretty cute and has a cute south african accent. but he's booked up today so i'm going to a minor care clinic b/c i still have a headache and they said they could check my tsh levels. i have no idea what he'll or she'll look like. but really it's the nurses and needle people who freak me out.

Well, try stepping in their toes when they come near you with needles. Then claim to be clumsy. You'll be laughing inside.

Seriously, though... if you tell them you get nervous, they'll joke or something and ease your mind some. And if all else fails... just spend the time hoping they give you some good drugs.

It'll be okay (as soon as it's over.)
