It is apart of the "rental" agreement with China. We got his parents from China on loan and any cubs they have are to be sent back. They are trying to reintroduce them into the wild to raise the numbers there. There are only a couple hundred pandas living in the wild in China now.

I've been wonder where Chuck has been these days. I never thought of China?

Apparently, none of us should be going to Home Depot for anything less than a Coach bag. I was not aware my prices were at clearance until I found this out....................
