PM problems!

I keep getting a "full PM box" message and friends can't send me any PMs, but everything is apparently empty. Can anyone give me help with this?

When you clean out your pm box, set the box that says <font color=blue> Show Messages From:</font> to <font color=blue>The beginning</font>

You also need to clean out the <font color=blue>Sent Items folder</font>

Then your friends will stop bugging you. Well, about pm's at least.

I did all that, Lisa....Still shows full but appears empty.

There must be some somewhere. Have you made any new folders to save items in? Did you clean out the Sent items folder and reset the date to from the beginning on that one as well?

I am having the exact same problem, Lisa.

I have emptied my inbox, sent items box, and I have no folders at all and never did.

There must be a glitch going on somewhere.
