PM pop up window

anyone else having trouble with theirs? It does it sometimes, but not others. I just noticed a PM from yesterday that I didn't get a pop for.

I have the same problem sporadically. First PM I ever got didn't pop up the message for me so I didn't realize I had one for the longest time

I turned mine off, and just open a p/m window and a c/b window, and just refresh it once in a while
