PM inbox help?

Hi guys!
Can someone help me figure out why I keep getting the email that my PM inbox is full? What am I doing wrong? I only have one pm in there. Do I have more somewhere and don't know about it? Please help!

Glo, you might want to check your other PM folders. I think it might save your sent messages by default. Look for a selection box marked 'Jump to Folder', select Sent Items and press GO.

You might have stuff there too, which count against your PM total.
