Dude, you posted a rejection to Daz because you already traded yours. Why waste the bandwidth making a needless thread? Your trade is a done deal. Daz wants a pumpkin. What's the harm? Once you post stuff like "thanks but i have already PM'd the winner. Sorry thanks for your offer", it ain't hijacking.

There is always a possiblilty that a trade can fall thru. And bottom line, this is still MY trade thread, Im still the OP whether I traded the pumpkin or not. so start your own thread!!!!

He is correct, like it or not those are the rules, I have confirmed in the past that it is however ok to PM someone an offer. As for the pumpkin again thanks for considering but item was gifted and offer is withdrawn.

The FAQs say not to "hijack." I didn't hijack. I made no effort to take away or interfere with your trade. If it made you mad, take it up with the mods, but I'll pass on the advice to start my own thread. Starting a thread to say "Adventuredaz, if you need the pumpkin, let me know. Other players, not so much" would be a waste of a thread. I was only trying to help out the player you turned down, because he's one of my favorite players, he's on one of my best mules' friends list, and you told him he was SOL. He now says he got one. If he doesn't need it, I'll keep it.

I disagree Pete, I know you meant no harm. This is from the trading/wishing rules at the top of the forum.

* No hijacking! Do not post accepting another member's offer or list your trade/wish in their thread. Please make your own thread.

Just create another thread, Only offers for the OP's items for trade should be made in any trade thread.
