Pluto Popcorn Bucket Around Lately

Has anyone there now or recently seen the Pluto popcorn bucket anywhere? I will be there on Thursday and was planning on buying one, but I have heard they are sold out!

I agree I just don't know what I would use one for when I got home Also, I'm still surprised that when you purchase a refillable popcorn bucket that you still have to pay every time you refill said popcorn bucket! (end rant)

Yes, my DH thought they were like the mugs.

Anyway, I wasn't hunting for any special buckets, but I only saw the holiday buckets with a green lid. Every cart we stopped at had stacks of the same one. Back in May, each park had a different theme one, now every park had the same bucket. Perhaps there are others, just I didn't notice them.

We were there 11/23-12/4. Early in our trip we got the Pluto bucket. A few days later we were getting a refill and they were sold out. They were selling a very cute Santa popcorn bucket in its place. Guess how many refillable popcorn buckets I came home with? Lol

Was at WDW 12/7-11. Did not see the Pluto bucket anywhere. Saw someone getting one refilled at DHS and asked where we could find one. She said they got it about 1.5 weeks ago. The CM at the popcorn stand said that they sold out about a week prior across all parks. She didn't know if/when they would restock.

Same experience - 11/29-12/6. Saw a few guests with ones they’d purchased several days before, but none to be found anywhere to buy. I got the Mickey Santa instead, which is actually what I wanted in the first place, but hadn’t realized was available this year (I thought it was only the Pluto one).

And for those asking- we put our Vampire Mickey popcorn bucket out as a Halloween decoration every year, and will do the same with Santa Mickey.

We saw the Pluto popcorn bucket at Hollywood Studios on 12/7 and again at Animal Kingdom yesterday (12/11).

Thank you for your help everyone! I was going to just get one on ebay, but I guess I will wait and see if I see one while I’m there!
I also use them as decorations. I have vampire And pumpkin Mickey out at Halloween and Pluto will be joining Santa and Elf Mickeys for Christmas!

My neighbor is there now and I asked her to get one for me should they have them. She was at DHS Sunday and MK yesterday and was told all sold out. Don't think she hit AK though so maybe they still have them. I guess I'll just have to do without this time. I do have the Santa Mickey from a few years ago and a Ghost Mickey. I also put mine out for decoration.

We were at WDW the first week of November and snagged one then. I don't even eat popcorn but this thing is just too danged cute. It's part of our Christmas decor now with a snowman Mickey popcorn container we bought a year or two back.
I would take the word from a popcorn vendor that "they're all sold out" with a grain of popcorn salt(and maybe some butter.) "They're all sold out" unless they get more later. We've been hearing "all sold out" for several days now yet AnneK in post #12 saw them yesterday. If you really want one I suggest asking at Guest Relations. If any of the parks have them they might be able to point you in the right direction.
