I was at old navy not that long ago and found a XXL rainslicker for $3.99. It comes in a cool bag that has a clip so you can attach it to things.

the ones they sell right in the parks fit me fine, and I'm no light weight!

I agree the ones in the parks at WDW will fit a pretty large person with no problem. I used one to cover a personal baby stroller. Covered the whole thing. And not an umbrella stroller either, a full sized stroller

and they are longer, than the yellow ones at WDW,
this is important if you don't want to have a WET rear end!!
