PLse help, when can we book FAMILY MAGIC TOUR?

Question says it all really, when can we book the Family Magic tour please? We dont go to 15th Oct, soe people have siad a year out ?? others 90 days. Any ideas please?
Also anyone that done this, please can you explain it more. I want to keep this as a surprise for my husband and DD4, who LOVES peter pan. I will take her "wendy" dress for her to put on. She will be soooo excited!

Tours may be booked one year in advance. Call 407-WDW-TOUR. I booked our Family Magic Tour last year way in advance, and I booked our Mickey's Magical Milestones for this year back in November of last year. If you are sure about your dates go ahead and call now. They do charge your credit card immediately, but you can cancel up to 48 hours prior and receive a refund.

I'm not sure of what the timeline is, but if you call 1-407-WDW-TOUR, they will certainly be able to tell you. Give them a call and ask to reserve it, if they say its too early to book it...ask when you can. I would even go so far as calling back in a little bit...some CM's don't know all the rules!

Your little one will love this tour if she loves Peter Pan! Have a great time, and make sure you bring your camera...and participate...it's not only for the kids!

I would be careful not to EXPECT to see Peter Pan and Wendy. I remember reading a review of a tour that had Aurora as the special character at the end. Maybe you could call the morning of the tour to verify? I know that the plot of the tour we took (Maleficient putting an evil spell on the MK) was different from another I've read of (Peter Pan stealing Hook's hook and the consequences) so I can only imagine that they change it from time to time!

I don't mean to be a downer! I am sure that your family will have a great time - the tour was the highlight of our trip!!

Just called from Uk, after a few minutes wait I was told it was 90 day booking only ????? How come you guys have already booked ????

I dont know that much, but here goes with the info I got. Its on daily from 10am for 2 1/2 hrs. in MK. You get peter pan and Wendy showing you around in like a treasure hunt style, going on 2 or 3 rides, and perhaps going in Philimagic with them ( no queueing) Its NOT always peter pan, but most times. Its about $28 plus tax. We want to do it so DD4 can actually speak to characters etc, and not just in a big line for a photo and autograph. Im just worried we might have wrong info about 90 days, as others are already booked on this ???? Hope some one else can give more info on this ... please

Im so excited I rung back just to check and guess what I spoke to TABITHA and I CAN and HAVE BOOKED!!!! we are booked for Columbus day (Mon 9th Oct!) Im so excited as Columbus day will be busy in the park, but this way we get to g front line on a few rides and what a way to start our holidays. Thanks for all the tips, esp about ringing back !!!! it worked!!!

I just want to let you know you won't go front of the line for any rides during the tour....except at the end. A tour guide (NOT the characters) take you on a scavenger hunt through MK and then at the end there you will get a character (I've read various version on this along with various versions on where you end up).

Here is our report from last summer when we went - it is a spoiler though. I did finally get the pictures taken care of - if I remember how to post pictures, I should add them.

I just called. I was told they are booking through the end of the year. We are going in Jan., so the CM said to try at 180 days out, since everything is going to that. I think I will try periodically, just to be safe.

Totally incorrect....You start out in the tour garden (right side of City Hall) with a tour guide (not Wendy & Peter)....the tour guide has a treasure map and starts everyone off on the hunt around MK for Hook's favorite Hook....11 clues....when the hook is finally found, Peter Pan and/or Wendy show up. they will sign auto's, take pics and then take the tour particiants to ONE ride and ride that ride with you (usually Small World or Mickey's Philharmagic). It's a great tour however...Have a great time...and I would call again and again until I get to make ressies.
