Pls Help with "Its a Small World" Birthday Party

My DD is turning 3 on Sunday and we are having a "Its a Small World" themed party. But I cant figure out what to do for the cake. I have little people and signs that are stickers that I will put on toothpicks in the cake.

I was thinking of doing a round cake and have it look like a map of the world (figuratively) with green for land and blue for water.

Anyone inspired by the theme and have an idea? Anything more creative ideas out there?

What about a heart shaped cake for Love one another type thing? I did a heart with little gingerbread people out of a bunch of different colors for Jesus loves the little Children in Sunday school and it was very cute. It would be the same idea with all the different little people on it, Plus it is easy to frost all one color!
