info on how to get from resort to resort.

I think I understand how the buses work from resort to theme parks. do the buses run from park to park as well? the problem I am having is going from resort to resort. I was told by CRO that one must board a bus to theme park and then transfer. Is that true? Also, I was told that there are internal resort buses. So if I understand correctly, if one is in resort A and wishes to travel to resort B, on must board the internal bus in resort A to their resort terminal, transfer to the bus that goes to a theme park, transfer again to the bus that goes to resort B and possibly transfer to the internal bus line in resort B. WHEW! That's a real PITA if you want to tour or eat at a resort other than where you are staying.

Any easier suggestions? Would it be quicker to drive while resort hopping?

Correct, there is no resort to resort transportation system. This is why you need to carefully consider where you want to stay along with where you want to dine. Some resort "transfers" are easier than others.

We like WL because of this. Besides the main boat, there is a smaller boat that goes WL/CR/FW making it very easy to go to CR & FW for meals. WL & FW are the only resorts that have a bus to the TTC (for better handicap coverage to MK). You can take this bus (> 2 minute ride from WL) and walk over to Poly or hop the monorail to GF.

Of cource, if you're staying at GF/Poly/CR, you can easily take the monorail around. I believe some of the Epcot resorts are close enough to walk.

I think the transportation "challange" lies with the Mods & Values. You'd have to go to a park and transfer. (AKL to, maybe, as that's not really close to another resort, either. I haven't stayed there, so I can't say for sure.)

The only two groups of resorts that are easy to get to are, as above, the 4 MK deluxes and the 5 Epcot deluxes. All the others require a bit of thought. I always have a car there, that being one of the reasons. Do you have any specific to ask about?

Yes, there are internal busses for CS,CBR, and FW. But only FW has internal busses where you NEED to take the internal bus to the terminal (called the Outpost at one end and the Settlement at the other end) and transfer to a bus going to a park.

For the CS,and CBR, there are multiple stops within each resort and each park bus stops at all of them.

Bottom line is if you are resort hopping and have a car, take your car.
