Pliko p3 for a newborn?

I was wondering if the Peg Perego Pliko P3 reclines enough for a newborn. I know I can attach the car seat to it, but I was hoping to put the baby directly in the stroller for walks around the neighbourhood.

Yes, it does. It's really a great infant-to-toddler stroller. No stroller does everything well, but the P3 comes about as close as any that I've had (and I've had more than a few higher end strollers).
