Okay who here uses plenti rewards.
You get rewards for shopping or using a handful of services and it looks like an intriguing program.
200 points = $2.00 which is the minimum you can redeem for and they can be redeemed at any company that rewards them.

Riteaid is also included in the list, does anyone know if you can redeem the points for Disney gift cards at riteaid? I searched through the terms and conditions and it says prepaid cards are excluded but like with target not every place considers Disney gift cards so I'm curious if anyones tried or had any luck?

Even without the disney bonus if you use AT&T you can accumulate points and then put them on your bill so it doesn't look like a bad way to save a couple bucks!

Hello DisneyDoll. I got my Plenti card yesterday. I asked the cashier about this and she said she thinks so but we'll see. I'll let you know once I try it.

good luck :) hopefully it works out that could be an easy way to earn gift cards. Let us know what happen!

Bad news TheDisneyDoll. The cashier would not let me use my points for a gift card. :(

Following. I have $50 in rewards built up (from prescription transfers to RiteAid) and I don't know what to spend them on, other than more overpriced stuff at RiteAid.

Does Rite Aid put selected things on sale with big savings? I know CVS does.

That would probably be your best bet.

Bottom Line Books did a short review on Plenti, pointing out the many limitations namely the very small number of places you can redeem the points. Bottom Line gave Plenti a thumbs down. Now this could change in a few years if Plenti becomes more widespread with many more places to use the points.

It doesn't make sense to buy, say, a pair of jeans at Macy's, receiving a discount for using Plenti points if you live where you could by a comparable pair of jeans for even less at Target or Kohl's, It doesn't make sense to buy gas at Exxon, receiving a discount for using Plenti points if you live where you could buy gas for even less at Racetrac or 7-11.

I just finished reading this and the Plenti commercial just came on...kinda funny. I have it because it is tied to my Macy*s Amex. Might be the only place I ever use the card.

I got a Plenti card recently, when Rite Aid switched over. I swear I get less back than before. Like other people said, who cares if you get 200 points for a place you don't shop at? :confused3

We don't have a Rite Aid anywhere near here. I rarely shop at Macy's and Exxon gas is always more expensive than other places here. So, AT&T is really the only company I use it with right now .. but, I get points just for paying my bill. So, I guess I can't complain too much lol

If I had $50 Plenti points, I would buy stuff on Ibotta's Rite Aid rebate list to get some of that cash back.

oh sad day! This rewards program might be a bust then :P I won't shop at any of the stores regularly and not sure if this one is worth changing the routine to make room for them. Thanks for letting us know though!

I have the card, have not used it yet. I hope the add more retailers, I would only b able to earn points at exxonmobil and Macy's.

My office moved locations this summer and instead of being near a CVS, now I'm near a Rite Aid, so I signed up for the card. I don't go often, but once in awhile need a drink or snack, so figure might as well. Got gas once at Exxon while on vacation so got points that way. I have a feeling my points will sit a long time. Do they expire?

I found this on the Plenti website:

You cannot use Plenti points at Rite Aid for:
tobacco products, alcohol, lottery tickets, licenses, money orders, money transfers, stamps, other mail services, prescriptions and prescription co-pays and for items prohibited by law.

Looks to me like you should be able to use Plenti Points to purchase giftcards.
