Pleasure Island - what time do they charde admission

Can you get into Pleasure Island before they start charging? If so, what time is this? Can you eat dinner there and stay or do you have to pay always?

They were running a dinner promotion where admission was included. Getting there before they start charing admission won't help, when you pay you get a wrist band, without the wrist band you won't get into the clubs but could stay in the area and shop.
