My DH and I have only been to Pleasure Island a couple of times and then not for long - we really aren't into the club scene. However I have heard so much about the Adventurers Club that I thought it might be fun to try it out this year. Also I really enjoy Comedy Clubs and was thinking about hitting that one as well....HOWEVER since I'm pregnant if they are really smoky I can't go - for the baby and I just can't handle lots of smoke. So tell me - are they both really smoky? Are there any non-smoking clubs at Pleasure Island?

Thanks!
Amanda

I don't know about all of them but I go to the Adventurers Club all the time and there is no smoking there. Its too small with all those people. I don't remember any smoke in the streets really and I don't like being around it. If there were clouds of smoke, I would have noticed.

Congratulations on your new "Mouselet" and good for you to think of the health of your baby!

Just a tip: Hit the comedy club EARLY if you don't want to wait in line. Then hit the Adventurer's Club LATE for the best shows!!!

From some reports, since the change in the Smoking Laws in Florida Disney has made all the PI clubs nonsmoking.

I was happy to read in the news that the No Smoking law will apply to almost all of WDW. I was disappointed that it did not include Jelly Rolls.
As for entertainment. Our family absolutely loves the Comedy Warehouse and Adventurers Club. The actors in the Advneturers Club recognize my 10 year old son and love to tease him. It is just to unique to describe. We have brought family and friends there and everyone has had a great time.

Yes, I do not doubt for one minute if you smell tobacco smoke you will be motivated to go elsewhere, especially if you are with child. But if you are breathing fresh air and drinking pure water anywhere in WDW, then that may be the place for you! :Pinkbounc :bounce: In other words, let your cardio/respiratory system and your conscience be your guides.

No offense intended, but that's what I do, and IT WORKS FOR ME. [controversy] No laws needed.  [/controversy]
