Hi there - Please tell me what you think of the restaurants that we chose to make PS for. :)

Good?, bad?, did we miss a great one? We're travelling with 2 adults, 2 grandmas, a 5 year old boy and a 1 year old boy and trying to please everyone!

Thanks!

Liberty Tree Tavern (dinner)
Brown Derby (lunch)
Boma (dinner)
Ice Cream Social
Cape May Cafe (dinner)
Yachtmans Steakhouse
Rose & Crown
California Grill

plus repeats that we enjoy...
Victoria & Alberts (for DH & I)
O'Hana
Crystal Palace.

brown derby is an excellent choice for lunch. we enjoyed that meal in september there. and LTT is a fun character meal. you did not mention when you will be going; so, will CP be open when you all are there? it reopens mid-december. happy eating!:p

As far as the restaurants that you chose on your first list, I can only comment on the two that I have tried, California Grill and Cape May Cafe Clam Bake. I enjoyed the California Grill to an extent. The food was good but not great for the price. We have many excellent and expensive restaurants here in Philadelphia so I was expecting alot more regarding the taste factor. I had ordered the grouper and my husband, the salmon. Both were rather bland. I did order the sushi sampler as a first course and that was excellent. As far as the Cape May Cafe goes, we LOVED it! You definitely get a great value for the price. The food was fresh and very tasty and the desert bar was incredible!
Bon Appetite!:D

Liberty Tree Tavern (dinner)--- we were NOT impressed! The characters were good, but the food and the service were not
Brown Derby (lunch)--- we definitely enjoyed our lunch there. Try to get one of the 1st lunch seatings, as it really fills up later on! The entree salads are great, especially the Cobb salad, and the BBQ Chicken Salad
Boma (dinner)--- very good... interesting selections. Great service...somewhat loud
Ice Cream Social --- how could you go wrong? There is ice cream!
Cape May Cafe (dinner)--- one of our NEVER miss restaurants! We love the all you can eat clams, mussels, and shrimp, as well as the awesome dessert bar!
Yachtmans Steakhouse--- personally, we prefer Le Cellier
Rose & Crown --- OK, if you like English fare. Good if you can get a table with a view of Illuminations
California Grill --- have never eaten there!

plus repeats that we enjoy...
Victoria & Alberts (for DH & I)--- probably would be good, but I don't get into dressing up, and it is quite expensiv e
O'Hana --- we really enjoy eating here, and the peanut sause fot the meats is heavenly!
Crystal Palace.--- haven't eaten there, but look forward to seeing the renovations once it reopens.

Have a great trip!

I think you have an excellent blend of restaurants. My family really enjoyed CP. The food was good as was the character interaction.

All of the eateries are very good, but if you want a change of pace, try Bongo's at Downtown Disney West Side. The food, the atmosphere, are outstanding.

The only one of your choices that we weren't really crazy about (even though it was good) was the Liberty Tree Tavern. Too crowded, and to be honest, too expensive for just your ordinary "American Fare".

the Brown Derby always was one of our favorites. We make a point of eating at least one meal there everytime were at WDW.

Another change of pace would be Spoodles at the Boardwalk Resorts. What's nice about it is that you can walk to Epcot from having dinner/lunch.

But our all time favorite and we ALWAYS have dinner there is
La Originale Alfredo de Roma (Italy). It's absolutley without question, the best at WDW.
