We did both of them on Spring Break two weeks ago. Cinderella is in the lobby of the Castle - you stand in line to have your picture taken with her, and the cost of that picture is included in your meal cost. At Norway, Belle is standing in a nook off to the side, and you have the option to have your picture taken with her. If you choose to buy the picture, it is 29.95 plus tax extra - it's not included with your meal cost.
I think both breakfasts are good. At CRT, we had a basket of muffins, croissants, etc. and the breakfast was scrambled eggs, bacon, a cheese danish with berry sauce of some kind, and a potato dish. All the food was served hot and was good. I also enjoyed the orange juice. In Norway, breakfast was a buffet that we could help ourselves to, with sweet rolls, muffins, etc. fresh fruit, and a small Norwegian sampler that included smoked salmon, I think, capers, etc. Neither DD13 or I had any of that. DD loaded up on the fresh fruit, though. The meal was plated and brought to the table, and was scrambled eggs, bacon, link sausage, and a cheesy potato dish. It was all-you-care to eat, and we asked for an extra helping of the potatoes. They were delicious!! Also, unlimited orange juice here.
At CRT, once you are seated the princesses come around, then there is a "show" at the end, where boys use swords and girls use wands, and everyone has a "wishing star". Because DD is 13, this was too cheesy for us, but the younger ones seemed to enjoy it. At Norway, there is no show, just the princesses coming around.
I thought we had almost exactly the same kind of interaction at each place - a princess would come to the table, talk briefly (Jasmine told DD that her mouth was a good place to hide all her jewels (braces!) and we've heard that before, so I think they have a few stock phrases for different situations), then sign an autograph and take a picture. No more than a minute or two, and they are kept on pace by a "handler" standing nearby with a clipboard.
I think either one would be fun for a little girl, or a family looking for a nice sit-down breakfast, for that matter.
