Please tell me about your Boardwalk Concierge experience

Last month we had an absolutely fabulous stay at Yacht Club concierge. I would definetly go back and I recommend it to everyone. However, in order to keep my family excited about returning to Disney World year after year, I need to change our experiences a bit, so that they continue to discover new things on our annual WDW vacation.

So, if you have stayed BWI concierge, please tell me about your experience. I am thinking of staying there next summer, and would love some insight. Thank you!!

I stayed at the BWI concierge in March for my girls only trip. The previous year we had stayed at the BC concierge and my husband and I stayed at the YC concierge. Well, I will be returning to the BWI in just 25 days and won't stay anywhere else now. My son and his wife will be joining us along with their 10 month old daughter. They spent their honeymoon at the BWI and insisted on staying there again also.
The lounge is big with a big balcony to view Illuminations. The food offerings are the same as others, but maybe not a plentiful. We never wnet without anything, though. If there was something we wanted that wasn't out we just asked for it.
The cast members are fantastic here and this is my main reason for returning. Jackie was fantastic and worked some minor miracles for us in March. Dan and Eric were also great. They greeted you like you were at home and were genuinly interested in your plans and how your day went. They greeted every guest that entered the lounge and remembered what we liked to drink and brought it to us.
Unlike the YC and BC the concierge desk is right in the lounge. We were able to get last minute PS and spa appointments also.
I will be going back in March for my girls trip again.

I just got back on the 11th from another wonderful stay! If you search my posts I have a review and responded to several threads that should have more info.

December will be our first stay at BWI on Concierge Deluxe, as we've always stayed at the GF. I just wanted to share my wonderful experience with the itinerary planning office, though. I have never encountered cast members who are so eager to help, enthusiastic, and friendly! This has simply been the best pre-arrival planning we've ever had. The CMs who have taken care of us so far have been delightful. If our stay is as good as our planning experience has been, we'll be even happier about our choice to "move" from the GF. I'll be sure to report back in December.
