Do you have to be an timeshare owner to book with them?

Can anyone tell me anything about this web site?

It looks like RCI owns it and the inventory is similar to RCI extra vacations (except more offerings and higher prices).

Any info. would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, that's it. And it's open to the public, to make reservations (hence, the higher prices). If you are an RCI member, the same Extra Vacations should be a little cheaper and actually, have a little more variety - especially if you telephone rather than look online.

Depending on when someone is going, they had some pretty good prices. I just found Cypress Pointe Resort for Nov. 10-17th for a 3BR at $532.11. Unfortunately, they don't have it when I'm going the next week.

The following week is Thanksgiving week. They are not likely to offer rentals during a prime holiday week. Those are taken by RCI exchangers who deposit their timeshare week with RCI and pay a fee to get another.
