We love Akershus. Dh and I always go there alone when grandma comes to watch the kids. 
We recently did dinner earlier this month. It was fantastic. The CMs are phenomenal. Really! They made us feel so special for no reason at all. 
I got the mushroom ravioli and it was good. Dh got fish and like it as well. The appetizer bar is nice.
Last Sept/Oct we took the kids to breakfast and it was the best breakfast we had on property. The kids really loved everything.
ETA: In the front foyer, they have the chair Johnny Depp used in Pirates of the Caribbean. Very cool to sit it.
