I have a 520 point contract at $71.15/point in the ROFR pipeline at OKW, submitted on 6/22. I need a lot of pixie dust from everyone. I have been told that Disney may be a little forgiving on large point contracts. My patience is wearing thin, at this point. Any advice ? I will probably get flamed for offering $71.15/point; however, you never know what some pixie dust might yield. I hope to be coming home!

You stand a good chance. It's really hard to tell because a several people were notified today that they passed ROFR on some "borderline" offers.

300 points for $73 per point at OKW passed
210 points for $74 per point at OKW passed

even $77 for a VWL contract (usually I think they are in the 80's) but it passed.

Did it come with banked points?
I think you have a pretty good chance...just a gut feel, but most people who want OKW go thorugh resale. Disney may not have a large waitlist for those points.

I just noticed that you listed that it went for ROFR on 6/22. I think I would check with the agent you used and have them inquire. Most of the people that sent their stuff to DVC around that time heard today and I believe they were all using TTS.

Again, good luck. And if for some reason it doesn't go thru, I know there are still a ton of OKW out there on the resale market.
