I have been getting conflicting messages from Disney and from this board and others and am hoping that someone can tell me for 100% sure the answer to the following:

The white chocolate slipper at CRT has to be pre ordered and is not part of the dining plan? T or F. A Disney CM told me this after supposedly talking to a supervisor.

The Night of Joy has been extended to include Thursday. Disney CM last night says no way. Two nights were enough. So is this T or F?

In September they don't plan on having any EMH! I don't believe this is true because the hours have not been posted yet. Just want to get a feel for this question how others feel if this is T or F?

You can get a EMH band at your resort? I thought you just showed up at the park with ID and resort ticket in hand? T or F?

Any help will be appreciate. It seems like Disney doesn't know what is going on and when you find out any info it is wrong!

By the way, I just received letters 30,31 and 32 from Disney saying that I have not paid a cent!(Called Disney and they still say everything is O.K.) Sometimes I wonder how Disney runs a profit!

I called to order one for my DD's b-day next week at CRT and I was told that this has become very popular and no longer needs to be preordered. Same with small cakes. I never thought that it would be included on the meal plan but I also didnt ask.

That is all I can help you with! Hope you get some straight answers.

***During the Happiest Celebration a Dark Chocolate Slipper dessert has been added to the regular dinner menu at CRT. It does not need to be pre-ordered. It may also be available at lunch but that has not be confirmed yet. As to whether or not it's included on the dining plan I would bet the answer is no since it is a deluxe desert much the same way the 'kitchen sink' at Beaches and Cream would be considered.

No Clue!

False. EMH is a benefit to resort guests, while it can be discontinued at any time, since it is one of the major perks to staying onsite I doubt it will stop anytime soon. They won't announce the schedule until August though and it is subject to change.

You only need the arm band at evening EMH and you must get it at the park.

Hope I've helped a little :teeth: I'm sure if I'm wrong, someone will correct me :earboy2:

The official press release about Night of Joy only has the 9&10th listed.

We ordered the slipper during lunch last week at Cinderella's Royal Table. No pre-order. It's right on the menu.

If you want to order the "white" chocolate slipper and have it delivered to a GF restaurant, then it does need to be ordered ahead of time. I believe they have added a "dark" chocolate slipper to the CRT menu, but if you want a white one at another restaurant, you need to order ahead from the GF bakery. This is what we did on Mother's Day at the GF Cafe. I would guess that it is probably not part of the dining plan, but I don't know for sure.

Last year the Night of Joy was Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Apparently, it was the first time it was 3 nights. Thursday was pretty light, but :umbrella: (hello!) :umbrella: IT WAS RAINING! Not to mention hurricane season. I don't know if they went back to 2 nights for that reason, but it's only Friday and Saturday this year.

where do you get the white chocolate slipper from? I had not planned on eating at the castle simply because the menu doesnt look that good and my kids are 12 and 15 so i dont get the cheaper dining plan for them so I will be picking TS places I know that I will get my moneys worth ie my oldest loves RIBS and youngest steak.

Hi all!

I just got back late late last night from my trip down and had lunch sunday at CRT. The White Chocolate Slipper is on the menu and is definitely included in the Dining Plan. No need to pre-order. It was delicious! As was my Major Domo's Favorite Pie, sooooooo yummy!!! This was one of the best meals of the week. I will be posting a full detailed trip report when I am rested and over the fact that it is over!!!

I thought that CRT lunch is now or very soon a character lunch with a set menu (choice of 4-5 entrees) and a fruit cobbler for dessert. I don't think we get to order another dessert. Maybe this will be for dinner now????
